GDL Project Donor Agreement

 I am donating $ ______________toward the acquisition/translation of the 1784 census/ tax lists for the town(s):

 ______________________________________________________________________________________________________

 I will be given a copy of the translation of these records in advance of their being added to the database of GDL project website.  (Copies of original un-translated (Polish ) pages showing your family will be available for a small fee.)

 Until I receive written permission from the Jewish Family History Foundation:

 I agree that these records will be used only for my personal research; I will not copy them or share them with a research group or
anyone who has not made a financial contribution to the GDL Project and has signed an agreement like this.

 I agree not to publish an article based on this data until it has been made public and published on our website,
unless I receive permission.  When I do publish an article quoting or summarizing this information, I'll give full credit and attribution
 to the Jewish Family History Foundation and provide a link or address to our website in a footnote or endnote or in the bibliography.

 I agree not to post the data on a Shtetlinks or other personal website until after I receive permission to do so.

 I agree not to donate the data to a SIG or any other database. I am aware that the Jewish Family History Foundation plans to donate
this data as a complete database to JewishGen, JRI-Poland and to other nonprofit databases in the future.

 If I am sharing the funding of this project with a group or another person, I understand that I am responsible for ensuring
that they read this agreement agree to the same conditions and have signed this agreement.
